Support at home for adults 21+ with physical and intellectual disabilities, through Pennsylvania's Office of Developmental Programs.

Person-centered home and community habilitation and companion services — built on caring, respect, and love — for adults with intellectual disabilities, ages 21 and older. Individuals receive the support they need to live in their own homes or apartments in the community, or with their natural family.
