Elite Home Health Care
Who pays

Insurance & waivers we accept.

Most Elite families are covered through Pennsylvania Medicaid, a managed care plan, or a waiver. Here's a plain-English guide to what applies to your household.

The short answer: Elite Home Health Care works with Pennsylvania Medicaid and its managed care plans — including Keystone First, Keystone First Community HealthChoices, AmeriHealth Caritas of Pennsylvania, UPMC Community HealthChoices, PA Health & Wellness Community HealthChoices, United Healthcare, Keystone Mercy Health Plan, and Jefferson Health Plan (formerly Health Partners) — plus ODP waivers for adults 21+ with intellectual disabilities and OLTL / Community HealthChoices for adults 21+ with physical disabilities. Private pay is available for anything not covered. We verify eligibility before care begins, at no cost.
